From recommendation, TILT were approached by Acre Properties to rebrand their company, from identity through to stationery and online presence.

To portray their core values of friendliness, openness and efficiency, the identity consisted of an open door and vivid green strip. Along with a contemporary typeface, this was used effectively on all branding material as an instant and unique identifier for the company, placing them at the forefront of their competitors.

A simple website was created to allow both council tenants and sharers to pass their details to Acre Properties. The site also contained various galleries to showcase some of Acre Properties typical lets.
