TILT is currently looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Sales Executive.
We are looking for someone who can talk all things digital, from websites to animation, content management systems and design, the successful candidate will have ideally worked for a web design / digital agency before and have experience in negotiating costs and contracts with potential clients, traveling to sales meetings and being 'the face of TILT'.
Being a small company, we are looking for someone to generate new business using their own initiative and take control of the entire sales aspect of the company. You will have the benefit of working under extremely flexible working conditions, and a fun and relaxed environment with no set targets.
In exchange for this commission-only role, we can offer an extremely competitive commission rate, along with all the perks of fundamentally being your own boss. We are hoping that the successful candidate will eventually head up the sales side of the company on a full-time employed basis, and play a large role in the future development of the company.
You will have your own office space in Maidstone, Kent, and all travel expenses and equipment paid for.
Confident yet personable, you will need a sense of humour and a thirst to succeed.
